Kate Hudson's Weight Loss Secrets

Kate Hudson is the cover for the November issue of Allure, while posing for the mag she revealed her fitness secrets that helped her lose a lot of weight and as well as her former engagement with Matthew Bellamy, as per Celebrity Health & Fitness.

Kate lost 70 pounds after a few months of dieting and her weight loss secrets are Brazilian Butt Lift workouts and Alkaline Diet, which she religiously practices, up until now.

"Because I want to be as healthy as possible, I eat alkaline. That's my go-to," Hudson explained to the mag. "It's no dairy, it's no wheat, it's gluten-free, no meat and no sugar. I just cut all of that out. And no wine and no beer-only vodka and only tequila, straight up."

She also admitted that maintaining her figure is quite hard, especially she loves to eat anything. But amidst of her eating habit she insisted that Alkaline Diet fits her lifestyle perfectly "When you start to become more alkaline, it's just basically healthier," said Hudson. "Everything digests better, your blood is [at a proper pH balance]."

Hudson, who once weighed 184 pounds admitted that losing weight is not that easy and it takes a lot of determination. She exercised up to six hours a day, which includes running sprints, weightlifting and cardio exercise and she said consistency is the key to maintain a gorgeous, sexy bikini body.

"People think you need two hours a day to do it, and that's bullsh*t," she said. "If you work out 20 minutes a day in some way, you're going to see changes."

She also revealed to the magazine the real reason why she and ex-fiance Matthew Bellamy called off the engagement that left the fans shocked.

"If Matt and I had a great relationship, we would still be together, but we chose to move on because we had different visions of how we wanted to live our lives," she revealed.
