Robin Williams' Widow Susan Schneider Claims She Can't Afford Mortgage

Late Robin Williams' widow, Susan Schneider claimed that she can no longer afford to live in the $6 million worth property, according to her latest filed legal documents.

According to TMZ, in her filed court documents, with undisclosed specific amount, Schneider complains she not getting enough money to cover her expenses, including the mortgage, insurance and maintenance of her home Tiburon, California, where the late actor committed suicide.

The 51 year old widow, is reportedly unhappy with the sum of the inheritance Robin's estate came up with.

Susan also claims, since her husband's death, she hasn't received any money for the house, apparently it's because no one agrees how much she should receive.

But William's children, Zelda, Zak and Cody, believe that their step mom just wants to deplete their inheritance, for if Susan dies, the kids will get what she left.

Amid of Susan's claimed, the children's lawyer insists that she is holding a "family heirlooms hostage and unfairly seeking to boost her inheritance," Daily News reports.

The lawyer asked to dismiss Susan's petition last Friday.

Everyone agreed to let Susan continue living in Tiburon, where she and Robin used to share, with the agreement all expenses paid until her death.

They also claimed, they've agreed she gets a trust fund for the maintenance of the house, including taxes and insurance.

But according to the court documents obtained by the Daily News, which was filed the by the children's lawyer, "The petitioner has refused to accept the Trustees' final determinations and has unlawfully retained possession of categories of personal property belonging to the Williams children."

"Petitioner is seeking to increase her share of the trust assets at the expense of the Williams children."

"In fact, about half of the trust's net assets will be placed in Susan's Trust, for her benefit for her lifetime," the court paper says.
