The Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte! It's a fall favorite, and for good reason. This delicious drink is made with Starbucks' lightest roast coffee, which is bright with notes of pumpkin, cinnamon, and nutmeg. To make it even more special, you can add a splash of cream and a little sugar to taste.

If you want to try making it at home, here's a simple recipe:

Homemade Pumpkin Spice Syrup

  1. Combine sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
  2. Add cinnamon sticks, ground cloves, ginger, nutmeg, and pumpkin puree, and let simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and immediately strain through cheesecloth.
