Cara Delevingne Writes Down Her Thoughts Every Morning

Cara Delevingne expresses her thoughts every morning through writing it in her notebook.

The 23-year-old supermodel/actress says that writing down whatever that goes in her mind every morning makes her feel a " a lot less crazy", probably because every time she wants to express something and can't express it in any way makes her feel somehow uncomfortable. She said that she writes all her thoughts and ideas and hopes that she can make something significant out of it.

The "Papertowns" actress also said that she wakes up and writes up to three pages of free essay about anything and everything that comes in her mind. It gives her new ideas and sometimes could even produce a song or a poem or whatever. She said that it's a good way to express thoughts through writing. It can help out calm a person's brain. While she holds her pen and prepare her notebook, sometimes she starts clueless on what to write saying that there are times she finds it hard to express her ideas, even harder to think of what she should write to be able to create something good.

The supermodel claimed that she thinks that her career in film which is starting to grow faster which somehow made her patience longer than it was ever before, she said that during the production of the film, she would usually and is now used to spending long days on set, sometimes with nothing to do.

In an interview, she said that being a part of a film has a lot to do with waiting. She has to wait until her part in the shoot comes up which was a whole new level of testing her patience, but she's used to all of that, saying that she's always prepared to wait so she grabs a book to entertain herself.

Her career in film definitely taught her how to be patient especially when there were those times that she has to wake up really early for the shoot and the shoot ends really late even if she never had her shoot the whole day.
