Scarlet Johansson and Reese Witherspoon on an Animated Movie Called 'Sing'

The two actresses will join Matthew McConaughey, Seth MacFarlane, Taron Egerton, Tori Kelly and John C. Reilly in an upcoming movie animated movie called "Sing".

The actors and actresses will voice over animated characters produced and developed by Illumination Entertainment which is written and directed by Garth Jennings.

The story is about a Koala named Buster which is played by Matthew who hires his best friend, Eddie, a black sheep played by John Reilly to help him run his business of theater.

Scarlett Johansson as Ash, a punk rocking porcupine trying to start her own career after being kicked out of her punk rock band who's having troubles with her boyfriend because she was able to make it through the competition while her boyfriend didn't. Scarlett gave out small details about the character that she will be voicing over in which she said that Ash is a usual teenager who is an artist at heart that was able to discover her true talent in singing with the help and encouragement of her friends and co-artists. She also said that Ash represents all the teenagers who are going through this kind of phase, where they discover their passion and talents because of the positive people that she chose to surround her.

While Reese Witherspoon will be voicing over Rosita a mother pig that gave birth to 25 piglets who gave up her career and passion in singing and her musical dreams to raise her 25 piglets. Reese Witherspoon told USA Today that Rosita is the type of character that is selfless. She doesn't have time for herself and only intersects her passion in singing when there is freedom. She is also this type of character that represents those people who embraces the singer in them that only shows the best in them when no one is looking.

It had been confirmed that Universal Studios will be releasing the movie on December 2016 and the film will be featuring more than 85 songs.
