Dr. Dre's Former Housekeeper Filed A Lawsuit Against Him

Dr. Dre's former housekeeper filed a lawsuit against the music mogul. She said that her former employer as well as his wife failed to protect her from other members, who bullied her and said that she was unjustly terminated.

Raquel Sagustume sued Dr. Dre, claiming that she was bullied by other household staff while working 13 months for the rapper. The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles, as per New York Daily News.

In the legal papers filed by Sagustume, she claimed other household workers, who turned out to be Dr. Dre's female cousins, unfairly delegated their work to her after they realized that she was a threat to them because of her skill level. She claimed that because of it, she sustained physical strain and injuries.

She said she suffered serious pain in her neck, arms and back, which eventually developed to anxiety. She further claimed that she was hospitalized after a stressful bout of bullying that caused her to have trouble breathing. She then said she was fired while receiving treatment in the hospital for the panic attack.

In her filing, she said while working for the music artist she missed meals many times, as well as numerous earned vacations and claimed she wasn't paid properly for the overtime.  She also said that she is still suffering from anxiety, depression and stress and deserves punitive damages, accusing Dr. Dre and his wife, Nicole Young of failure to prevent harassment inside their family home.

In the lawsuit filed it was revealed that while working for Dr. Dre, Sagustume was earning an estimated $1,780 per week.

Dr. Dre hasn't released any comments yet concerning the lawsuit.

Meanwhile, according to Pitchfork, Dr. Dre wants to take his music ideas all over Europe alongside with other famous music artists, including, Snoop Dogg, Eminem and Kendrick Lamar. He reportedly plans to call the tour 'Beats and Rhymes.'
