Malin Akerman was battling with an upset stomach while promoting her latest movie 'The Final Girls.'
The 37 year old actress revealed to her Facebook page along with a photo of crackers and water "Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Doing NY comic con with food poisoning sucks!"
Although she just consumed water and crackers for sustenance throughout the day, Akerman still looked beautiful on that day. She even had two changed of outfits.
First she appeared on stage wearing a red leather top, faded color black skinny jeans and a pair of black ankle boots. Then later changed into a short sleeved shirt and matched it with a silk, floral skirt.
Earlier this year, the Swedish actress also revealed that she spent the first few days of her new year battling "food poisoning" and a "flu." In her Facebook page, she wrote, "Nothing like a little taste of Sweden after 5 days of food poisoning and the flu to make me feel better! Marabou..."
But though she was not in full health, Akerman managed to appear in Kari Feinstein's Pre-Golden Globes Style Lounge held at the Andaz Hotel in West Hollywood Calif.
Back in June, Charlie Sheen also experienced a severe case of food poisoning. Ambulance was called to the actor's home in Los Angeles after he felt ill.
The actor has reportedly been taken to a hospital and was treated of food poisoning after consuming clams. But was later discharge after being hydrated and given the necessary treatment from the doctors.
Calvin Harris also experienced food poisoning. Earlier this year, he was forced to cancel his concert after an upset stomach struck him. The Scottish DJ announced the news through Twitter, "I've got the worst food poisoning I've ever experienced. I'm really, really sorry anyone who was coming to see me in Vegas this weekend."
