Justin Timberlake's Eatery Is At Risk Of Low Grade After Health Inspectors Found Out He Has Mice Problem

Southern Hospitality restaurant, co- owned by Justin Timberlake is at risk of low grade, after health inspectors found out that the eatery is not just welcoming customers but as well as mice.

Justin Timberlake's Southern Hospitality restaurant in New York is facing a risk of low grade after heath inspectors noted that the restaurant is not vermin proof, Jezebel reports.

US Weekly reports that Justin's eatery might receive a B in health grade. The inspectors from New York City Department of Health reportedly found out that his restaurant located in New York, has a "mice problem" and adding that it's "not vermin proof."

According to the report, the Southern-style barbecue restaurant, owned by the singer "suffers from evidence of mice or live mice present in facility's food and/or non-food area" and is said to have "harborage or conditions conducive to attracting vermin to the premises and/or allowing vermin to exist."

According to the Radar Online, inspectors noted, "food contact surface" was "not properly washed, rinsed and sanitized after each use and following any activity when contamination may have occurred."

Violations are reportedly marked in "red" and considered to be critical.

The singer's restaurant's received a "pending grade" remark. Radar added, "NYC facilities are graded from A to C, but are given two chances to score an A."

Apparently this is not the first time the eatery faces grading issue, back in 2013 the restaurant received a B after an inspection was conducted.

In 2014, the restaurant also faced another issue when a female employee filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against Southern Hospitality restaurant. The alleged victim claimed that she is "bullied" and degraded by her male co-workers and the co-owner of the restaurant, Justin's pal, Eytan Sugarman. Which was eventually settled in court.
