2K Releases Sneak Peek for 'Advent'

Video game company 2K launched a teaser website and posted pictures on their official Twitter account for an upcoming project titled 'Advent'. The developer however did not release any details about the new game they are creating.

Going on the site adventfuture.org is like seeing an ad for the game, with messages like "prosper together", "the advent is lying to you" and "We are still watching" being conveyed.

The advertisement site also states that, "Advent gene therapy will free you from illness. Our citizens no longer fear the diseases and disabilities that plagued past generations. A complex and cutting edge system of DNA splicing has led to cures not only for the viruses and infections that for millennia haunted us, but for mental illnesses as well. Come discover an Illness free world with us."

Looking at the site, the game seems to be set in the future wherein social issues, genetics and hacking are involved.

The same images from the link were also posted on Twitter, enticing their fans and followers.

2K Games is global developer and publisher of video games. Some of the famous titles they have created and distributed by the gaming company are Borderlands, Civilization V, The Darkness and NBA 2K.

The NBA 2K series, which is released and updated every year, allows users to play as real-life basketball players from the NBA. With the good track record displayed by all their previous releases, enthusiasts are expecting Advent will be a hit as well.

2K is dedicated in developing high-quality games. According to the company's statement, they will continue to execute their proven strategy of launching a select array of the highest-quality titles and releasing NBA 2K and WWE 2K annualy.
