Comedian David Walliams has divorced his model wife, Lara Stone, citing "unreasonable behavior."

The couple who share a two year old son finalized their divorce yesterday within 60 seconds. The two appeared before District Judge Heather MacGregor at the Central Family Court in London. After a short hearing, Walliams was granted a decree nisi, meaning the union would formally end within a six week period.

The divorce was granted on the grounds of "unreasonable behaviour" because Miss Stone, who recently appeared half naked in a Calvin Klein Jeans photoshoot alongside "Where are ü now" hit maker, Justin Bieber.

In the court paper filed, Walliams claimed that his wife of five years has been "continuing" her unreasonable behavior. However, according to the Mirror an insider revealed that Stone agreed to take the blame to hasten and finalize the proceedings.

It was previously reported that David wanted to fix their relationship but Lara was the one who  etermined to push the separation. The estranged couple began their trial separation six months ago. They reportedly never lived together since.

"David didn't want to divorce and desperately hoped they could work things out," a source told The Sun.

"But Lara was insistent and David accepted for the sake of Alfred."

Though their relationship is coming to an end, David was spotted numerous times still wearing his wedding ring, which means he is keen to reconcile.

Walliams and Stone exchanged vows in 2010, after dating for a year. After they tied the knot, the iconic model gushed about her love for the 'Britain's Got Talent Judge.'

"We met at a party and then went on a few dates. He's wonderful. He's amazing. He makes me laugh.

"He's a proper gentleman. He's a bit mean but in a good way. I'm happy."
