Rihanna's tour bus was stopped at the border between Michigan and Canada, authorities found weed on it, TMZ reported. There were 10 buses stopped. Inspectors smelled marijuana on one of the buses, which caused a secondary bus-to-bus search. The inspectors had drug-sniffing dogs get on the bus, and one of them ran straight to a passenger. The passenger had marijuana on him. Sources informed TMZ the man was cited with a civil penalty. -
