Lauren Conrad puts her Beverly Hills penthouse in the market for $3.2 million.

The 29 year old former 'Hills' star who tied the knot with lawyer William Tell in September 2014 puts her penthouse in the market for a whopping $3.2 million. The 3,233-square-foot pad has two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The interior of the property was finished with gold wallpaper and retro inspired bar design.

According to Hello, the kitchen area was completed with a breakfast nook that has sunshine yellow accents. The pad was also constructed with a sitting room (which is ideal for tea parties), a library and a formal dining room. The laundry area of the house was colored with refreshing pink.

The lifestyle guru bought the real estate property back in 2012 for $1.35 million. Then she gave it a major make over from the interior to the exterior.

Conrad has been house flipping for the past years. She buys hot properties at a low price and eventually sells it for a good price after some major house remodeling.

Meanwhile, Lauren is currently focusing on her growing fashion line, which she launched last September. The bestselling novelist, who has a myriad of businesses took the New York Fashion Week by storm by presenting her latest line LC Lauren Conrad Runway Collection.

Before she debut her collection, Lauren revealed in advance that she elevated her designs for the runway. She said through a statement that her new designs were "vintage-inspired pieces and intricate detailing." Further adding that she can't wait to show her "feminine pieces to women across the country."

She also teased her fans, including the fashionistas what to expect from her latest endeavor, by writing to her website, "It's straight off the streets of New York... into this wonderland," she wrote. Adding, "We were able to take chances we wouldn't normally take."
