Ben Affleck and estranged wife Jennifer Garner are reportedly planning to spend their holidays together with their three children.
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner announced their split in June this year. But the estranged couple will continue to put their differences aside for their three children as they reportedly plan to spend the holidays together.
According to the reports both stars are planning to spend Thanksgiving and Christmas together for the sake of their kids- nine year old Violet, Seraphina, six and two year old Samuel.
"Jen and Ben are figuring out right now how they can best spend the holidays together," a source revealed to PEOPLE, adding that Garner, "wants to get along with Ben for the kids' sake."
Prior to the announcement of their divorce, both parents promised that they will still continue parenting their kids amid their ongoing separation and rumored Affleck's infidelity with their former nanny Christine Ouzounian.
It appears that they are pushing through with their promise and are determined to provide their young children with a stable home full of love as another source revealed to E! News that the estranged couple are still a "unit."
"They are a unit," an insider told the media outlet. "They are all about the kids and making sure they are okay. They are committed to parenting together."
Ben is currently busy filming of Live By Night. But though he has a tight schedule, the actor reportedly flew back to Los Angeles last week to spend some quality time with the kids. He was then spotted with his children along with Jen at a toy shop on a sunny Saturday. The family was looking happy while decorating cupcakes.
An eyewitness revealed to PEOPLE that the exes were seen talking a bit but they "seemed focused on making the day fun for the kids."
