Charlize Theron's alleged stalker was not charged over the stalking incident.
According to TMZ, Charlize Theron's alleged stalker, who was identified as Stanislav Sonseadec was not charge by the District Attorney after they found no evidence against him that could possibly put the actress in danger.
In a statement obtained by Hollywood Patch, Sonseadec rang Theron's intercom and informed her about the delivery but the actress instructed him to leave the flowers at the gate. However, he insisted and rang the bell for a couple of times and Theron warned him that she would call the police.
Theron believed that he already left the property but when her assistant arrived, Sonseadec was still outside the house and tried to give the flowers to Theron's assistant. The assistant drove towards the property after telling him to leave but Sonseadec didn't attempt to enter the area.
"The suspect did not leave and was arrested," Deputy District Attorney Wendy Segall wrote. "Although the victim was in fear for her safety -- she has had stalkers in the past -- there was no credible threat nor was there any evidence that the suspect intended to place her in fear for her safety."
They also believed that there might have been some communication problems between the two given that he is Russian and English seemingly is not his first language. Language barrier seem to be the problem that made it hard for him to understand that he is not welcome.
The decision comes after Sonseadec was arrested on Sunday for allegedly stalking Theron. He showed up at the gate of Theron's Hollywood Hills home to bring her a bouquet of flowers. After he showed up, he allegedly insisted to bring the flowers to her personally.
However, Theron reportedly asked him to leave the flowers at the gate of the house, but he refused. After the alleged refusal the actress called the police.
