Miranda Kerr Reveals Her Diet and Workout Secrets!

Miranda Kerr revealed to Your Fitness magazine her diet and workout secrets.

The 32 year old Australian model is the face of the latest cover of Your Fitness magazine, E Online reports. As she posed for the magazine, the super model also revealed her secrets, how she maintain her gorgeous looking figure.

Kerr told the magazine, "I try to do at least half an hour of yoga every day and then I add Pilates and some strength training with weights and resistance bands to elongate and tone my muscles."

The model also admits that her gymnastics experience helps to "keep that core strength and flexibility."

The mother of one also shares her diet secret. As part of her beauty regimen she sticks with healthy meals and keeps herself "hydrated."

"I like to start the day off right with something healthy and clean like a fresh juice, egg whites with avocado or oatmeal. I follow an alkaline-based diet and drink between two to three litres of alkaline water every day to stay hydrated."

But although she loves healthy meals the brunette beauty admits that she also indulgeS in unhealthy mealA to feed her cravings.

She explains, "You can't avoid eating something that isn't so healthy if that is all that is on offer," adding, "so I don't give myself a hard time if I have something a little naughty!"

Despite their split in 2013, Kerr is still amazed with ex Orlando Bloom. She gushed to the mag, "it's wonderful to explore the city with him. I take him to the park, to the farmers' market, to the playground-and we go out for an adventure."

"It's great looking at the world through his eyes," Miranda continued. "I love the sense of amazement and wonderment in him, and try to capture that for myself - to discover something new every day."
