Due to issues in the latest PC game "Batman: Arkham Knight," Green Man Gaming has promised to offer refunds if Warner Brothers cannot fix the problem.
Many users have reported several performance issues, including severe memory leak complications resulting the game to crashes. The game's frame rate remains at 30FPS and improving it only causes the game to crash. Even high-end graphics cards like those from Nvidia and AMD cannot uphold a stable frame rate.
Because of the aforementioned issues, the game retailer had to break its own refund policy in order to pacify the raging and disappointed gamers. GMG's policy states that refunds will not be given because of dissatisfaction with the product.
It is also in the policy that if the computer cannot meet the minimum product requirement reimbursement will not be made. But the retailer has made an exception for Batman: Arkham Knight.
The Arkham Community Manager posted a letter addressed to the PC users.
"We are aware that there are performance issues for some users playing Batman: Arkham Knight on PC. WB Games is working diligently with our development teams, NVIDIA and AMD, to identify and fix the issues as quickly as possible."
The game has been receiving negative comments and complaints from Steam.
After receiving all the criticism, Warner Bros., the game owner followed a statement saying an apology to the Batman: Arkham Knight owners who are having performance issues. The company assured the gamers that they will take the matter seriously.
The game publisher has decided to suspend selling its PC version while they are resolving the problems.
"We greatly value our customers and know that while there are a significant amount of players who are enjoying the game on PC, we want to do whatever we can to make the experience better for PC players overall," the company added.
