Emily Blunt has become a favorite leading lady choice for Hollywood films for her wit and outstanding versatility. But for the latest movie project of the English-American actress entitled 'Sicario', Blunt has decided to keep away from nude scenes.
In an interview Howard Stern, the 32-year-old actress revealed that she decided not to do nude scenes for her new movie after following the advice of her own body. It may sound odd, but the 'Edge of Tomorrow' star actually listened to her own breasts.
"[A nude scene] was in there originally but it came out because we didn't agree with it," stated Blunt in the interview. Stern then gave a follow up question after getting intrigue on who she meant with 'we.'
"My tits. [They said] 'we're not doing it,' " the actress answered which stunned the interviewer.
The 'Into the Woods' star really fought with the producers for her to remain clothed in the movie. Fortunately, the creators of 'Sicario' eventually cut the nude parts which indicate that those were not necessary in the movie.
In the action film directed by Denis Villeneuve, Emily Blunt plays the role of Kate Macer, an idealistic FBI agent. 'The Adjustment Bureau' actress' role in the film proves that women can do great in a male-dominated profession.
Meanwhile, lead actors of the new film Benicio Del Toro and Josh Brolin have addressed Emily Blunt as the biggest badass in the cast during an interview with MTV News.
"It's her, because of her humor. She has the ability to sucker-punch, you don't see it coming, and it comes and it hurts," Brolin explained.
'The Devil Wears Prada' star even agreed to her two co-stars. Blunt is aware of her behavior while they were still making the movie. In fact, she also considered herself as the biggest badass among the casts.
"They have to say that. Because I pressure them. Because I beat them up. They're terrified of me," the actress joked.
