The affected products were distributed to Hy-Vee, Hy-Vee Drugstore, Hy-Vee Fast and Fresh convenience stores, and Dollar Fresh Market locations in Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.
