Microsoft Serenades Apple In Latest Ad [WATCH]

In the latest Microsoft ad, the tech company has serenaded Apple with a version of "Let There Be Peace on Earth" song. The Christmas ad was created in order to show that even business rivals should learn to forgive and forget, especially that the holiday season is now at hand.

In the video ad, Microsoft employees walk thru the Apple store in the 5th Avenue just to serenade the employees of the tech giant. The team from the creator of Windows 10 then sung the aforementioned Christmas carol to show that the opposing company is a time of peace this coming yuletide season

The said video ad can be witnessed below.

It can be observed that after the song, Apple employees clapped and even hugged the Microsoft personnel. The said Christmas carol by the tech company was accompanied by the Harlem Youth Choir, a local choir group in New York City.

In the video description on YouTube, Microsoft wrote that the said ad was made as a part of the celebration of the holiday season.

"To celebrate the holidays, Microsoft employees, who were selected from across the country, gathered together, meeting each other for the first time, at the new Microsoft 5th Ave Store to spread some holiday wishes...They share a message of peace and harmony with their neighbor down the street," Microsoft wrote.

Long before, Microsoft and Apple were already known as rivals since both companies are making similar types quality tech devices. For almost a decade, both of the tech giants were criticizing and mocking each other's products as they try to persuade the costumers that one's technology is more reliable than the other.

Although some said that the latest ad by Microsoft is just for show, a lot of individuals were lifted up with joy stating that the ad is genuine and that it perfectly fits for the holiday season.
