Pharrell Williams Lists His Extravagant Penthouse For $12.5 Million

Pharrell Williams has listed his extravagant Miami penthouse for $12.5 million.

The penthouse in Brickell, which spans more than 9,000 square feet has an entertainment room completed with leather sofas and musical instruments, five bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms. It also has a three story living room with a sophisticated spiral staircase. The entire house was also wrapped with floor to ceiling windows. The apartment also features a rooftop terrace with a huge pool and a barbeque area, where people can enjoy the view of the Miami skyline and the Atlantic Ocean. It is also completed with tables and chairs and beautiful plants.

The house is also a sure hit to any Family Guy fanatic as the house boasts with the cartoon series' arts as well as a framed copy of Pharrell's interview with Michael Jackson.

The kitchen area features a large breakfast bar. The designs of the kitchen were a combination of wood and metallic elements that looks totally stylish. The house was also constructed with a playroom, where kids can play and enjoy themselves. A study room with large book shelves and a sports room, which features a billiard table and a telescope, as per Daily Mail.

The Happy hit maker first bought the pad back in 2007 for $1.6 million, then transformed it to his own ideal version place. Pharrell first listed the property, which is located on the 40th floor,  last year for $16.8 million, according to Los Angeles Times.

The 42 year old music artist who currently has an estimated net worth of $105 million, as per Celebrity Net Worth first started his career in 1992. With his talent and hit songs, Williams took home the Grammy Award not just once nor twice but 11 times, including the Producer of the Year, Album of the Year and Record of the Year.
