Kylie Minogue Looks Stunning At The ARIA Awards: Find Out Her Workout And Diet Plan

Kylie Minogue was one of the stars who walked on the red carpet at the ARIA Awards 2015. Despite striking the mid- forties, the Australian singer and actress still looked stunning with her jaw- dropping, well defined figure. She paraded her petite figure in a dusty pink, embroidered gown. Apparently, her sylphlike appearance and healthy, glowing skin were positive results from her diet regime.

The 47 year old sultry star spends a lot of time working out and doing Pilates, according to Healthy Celeb. Kylie adores Pilates as it perfectly sculpts her body and enhances her mental awareness without exercising with heavy equipment. She also tones her muscles and develops strength through Power Plate and a grueling session to the gym.

Earlier this year, Minogue also revealed to Sydney's Kyle & Jackie O Show that she follows the Paleo diet, a course that encourages followers to reject grains and processed food. She also revealed that she avoids sugar and confessed, "I'm hyperglycemic ... and now you can get all these amazing desserts that are made with avocado, almond bake, zucchini ... I love it."

Back in 2012, Kylie shared to Britain's STAR Magazine via The Sydney Morning Herald, that her diet was predominantly vegetable and protein. "For lunch I might have grilled fish with veggies, and if Andrés (Velencoso, her former partner, whom she separated in October 2013) is in tow, we tend to go a bit Spanish for dinner - and have something like a piece of tuna on a green salad," she shared.

As for her red carpet ready look, Kylie shared to Marie Claire some of her secrets to be picture perfect. The pop princess said she always opts for really high heels and further added, "I also have the most asymmetrical face- I've got this eyebrow that does its own thing. But you just have to live with that."
