Rice is very popular around Asia, in fact it is their staple food, it is because it can be produced and grown easily in some countries and it is known to be beneficial for the health.

It is not only popular around Asia, it is also the staple food in Latin America and some parts in Africa.

Rice is consumed for it is known to be an instant energy booster because of the high amount of carbohydrates that are present in it.
