Why People Should Stop Eating Instant Noodles

A lot of people love eating instant noodles, one because they taste good and two because they're instant. People would rather eat instant noodles because it's very easy to prepare. What noodle-lovers don't know is that it is very dangerous and unhealthy for their bodies.

Instant noodles are not the type of food health-conscious people normally would eat. In fact it is the last food that they'll ever eat since it risks one's body to be exposed to certain diseases such as hypertension, heart disease, stroke and kidney damage.

Instant noodles are highly processed food taht doesn't have enough minerals, vitamins or nutrients that a person actually needs. Instant noodles are most likely comsidered as junk food. It may be high in carbohydrates but it is still low on fiber an essential element one's body usually needs. It is high on artificial additives and sodium which are known to be very unhealthy.

There are chemicals such as dioxin and plasticisers added in making instant noodles that can level up the risk of having certain types of cancer, though cancer may be avoided by adapting a healthy diet, still it is not advisable to consume instant noodles.

Monosodium Glutamate is an artificial flavoring that enhances the taste of the broth which can trigger allergic reactions in some people.

In making instant noodles, a large amount of propylene glycol is added to prevent the noodles from freezing and drying, it maintains the moisture of the noodles at any case and it can cause damage and abnormalities in one's heart, kidney and liver.

Noodles can cause one to become overweight too because of its sodium and fats amd being overweight then leads to obesity and heart problems.

Eating noodles regularly can affect one's metabolism because of the artificial additives and preservatives added to it.
