Olly Murs Weight Loss: 'X Factor' Host Reveals Drastic 12-Week Transformation

'X Factor host' Olly Murs has been very busy lately with his left and right projects and dealing with his broken heart. But the newly single man still finds time to exercise and the results are pretty astonishing.

Rob Solly, Olly Murs personal trainer has unveiled the singer's amazing body transformation after an intense 12 week training program with the before and after photos of him.

On his trainer's Twitter page, the 31 year old presenter parades his torso transformation by posing topless in front of a mirror. Along with his before and after pic Solley captioned, "This is @ollyofficial after 12 weeks training with me, three times a week before the #neverbeenbettertour Go Olly!!!!"

On Wednesday, Olly also posted a video on his Instagram account, showing that he's doing a park circuit workout while wearing a heavy vest. Along with the footage he captioned, "Up and wearing 8.5kg vest this morning..,"

Olly recently revealed to 3am that he shed off a couple of pounds by opting to sugar free diet and saying "I've lost two stone. I've been training loads and working out." However, while fans are screaming over his acquired six pack, he said that his former girlfriend, Francesca Thomas, wasn't a big fan of his shape as she liked him to have a cuddling belly.

"She misses the comfort belly, something to snuggle up to!" he quipped to Fabulous Magazine. "I always joke around with my girlfriend and say she's a bit of a feeder. She has a go at me for saying that, though. But we were sitting there just eating all the time - chocolate, crisps... Just being in a relationship made me put on a bit of weight!"

Since he acquired his newly great shape body, he started working out at least four times a week and started eating healthy food.
