Chris Bosh Net Worth: Miami Heat Star Puts His Pacific Palisades Home Up For Lease

Miami Heat star player, Chris Bosh, has put his Pacific Palisades mansion up for lease. According to the report the asking price for the house is $45,000 per month.

In a LA Times report, Bosh purchased the Mediterranean-style home situated in the Pacific Highlands back in 2012 for $9.4 million after renting it for a short period of time. The 10,755 square feet floor area has two floors with six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The master suite of the house was built with a fireplace, sitting room and a gym.

The whole house was designed with wooden accents. It has a library, modern kitchen design with wide center island and a wine cellar. It also has an entertainment room with a bar and a billiard hall.

Outdoor area includes an infinity swimming pool, bar, cabanas, a sunken fire pit and a lounge. The whole compound sits on a 1.45-acre land, where the whole Topanga Canyon to the Pacific Ocean can be viewed.

The two story home built in 2001 was previously rented by Bosh. Notable tenant, includes music artist Donald Glover or also known as Childish Gambino. He used the property to record his 2013 album 'Because the Internet.'

Bosh, who returned to NBA this month after six months of absence due to serious injury is expected to join the Miami's starting lineup this year. He is currently on his second year, of a five-year contract with Miami Heat, worth $118 million, which he signed last year.

The professional basketball player, who has a net worth of $50 million and an annual salary of $20.6 million as per Celebrity Net Worth, is now in his 13th year in the court with an averaged of 19.3 points and 8.6 rebounds.

Meanwhile, Chris Bosh just announced that his wife Adrienne is pregnant. The happy couple, who already have three children, Jackson, 3 years old, Dylan Skye, 2, and Chris' daughter Trinity, 6, is expecting a twins.
