Ed Sheeran Splash Out £9million On London Factory Conversion

Ed Sheeran reportedly spent £9million for a fancy mansion, situated in North London.

The 'Don't' singer, who previously revealed that he was homeless after he graduated from college in 2007 is said to be living in a place sought by the likes of Kim Kardashian and hubby, Kanye West.

The four bedroom converted factory features a wine cellar that can store up to 1,000 bottles, a recording studio and other modern amenities.

"Ed had to pay big money for the house but it'll be worth it," a source told the Sun Newspaper. "He will be neighbours with some real high movers in business, sport and celebrity, which just shows how far he's come."

The singer is said to be planning on throwing a lot of parties in the future.

''The house will be the ultimate party pad but also a place of work,'' the source noted.

'The A Team' hit maker is said to be planting roots in the British capital after he had amassed a huge fortune. Sheeran, who has an estimated net worth of $35 million, seems to be spending his hard earned cash on property.

He explained to Capital FM airwaves, that when he lost his place, he started staying at his friend's crib and he met a lot of people along the way.
