Joe Jonas Releases New Single 'Cake By the Ocean', Gigi Hadid Spotted Singing the New Track To Support Boyfriend and Band DNCE

The long wait for Joe Jonas fans is finally over as the former member of the Jonas Brothers has released his new single entitled 'Cake By the Ocean.'

The new music, which was first heard on New York's Z100 radio, is the first single of the singer from his new band DNCE. Radio host Maxwell personally liked the poppy disco-inspired track which made him play it on-air twice.

Joe Jonas is the lead singer of the new foursome which includes bassist and keyboardist Cole Whittle, guitarist JinJoo Lee and drummer Jack Lawless. The 26-year-old star revealed that the group formed in summer 2015 was inspired by the Earth, Wind & Fire and Hall & Oates.

"I had this vision for about five or six years, but I took some time to hit the reset button and figure out what I wanted to do next," admitted the singer.

Meanwhile, Joe Jonas girlfriend Gigi Hadid showed her support for her man in the sweetest way. The American fashion model was spotted singing Jonas' new single 'Cake By the Ocean' during the New York Fashion Week.

The 20-year-old TV personality and daughter of Yolanda Foster was enjoying herself with the music showing the world that she is the ultimate supportive girlfriend.

"Let's lose our minds/And go crazy, crazy/Ay ay ay ay/People hoping/Cake by the ocea," says some of the lyrics of the song.

The young couple seem to be very inseparable lately. Reports reveal that Joe Jonas is already planning to go steady with Gigi Hadid. The singer and actor has even been planning to do something romantic for his girlfriend on Christmas.

"He wants to make things more official with Gigi and has been telling friends that he would like to get engaged to her around Christmas," reports Hollywood Life.

Though the Joe is not rushing to get married, he wants to tell Gigi that she is the one.
