On Friday, the frontman of Aerosmith - Steven Tyler, surprised his fans in Moscow, Russia, as the singer unexpectedly performed with a street musician.
Steven Tyler and the busker on an acoustic guitar, sang the 1998 power ballad of Aerosmith, "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing."
Street performer Alexander Anisimovfor stated, "I didn't recognize him at all," "A foreigner came up to me and started singing along. ... "He sings well," I thought." Alexander Anisimovfor also said, "But when he started to sing louder and more confidently, it dawned on me who it was. I was stunned."
After they performed, the former television music competition judge - Tyler, gave the street performer a high five and they posed a couple of times for a photo shoot with a small crowd that had gathered to cheer. And a woman even exclaimed - "Spasiba [thank you]!"
Aerosmith's "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing," was featured on the soundtrack to the movie Armageddon, that stars Bruce Willis, Ben Affleck and the 38 year old daughter of Steven Tyler - Liv Tyler. I Don't Want to Miss a Thing hit the No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart, and stayed in the place for about five months.
The Aerosmith was in Moscow, Russia, as the American rock band gave a free concert at Lubyanskaya Square on Saturday, in celebration of the Moscow City Day. Steven Tyler together with his band the Aerosmith, performed the songs "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing," as well as hits such as "Love in an Elevator," Dream On," "Dude (Looks Like a Lady)," "Cryin'" and "Walk This Way."
A few days ago, Steven Tyler posted on Instagram along with a photo of himself, Tyler stated, "LANDED IN MOSCOW...WHEN I'M GOOD...I'M VERY GOOD..." "BUT WHEN I'M BAD I'M EVEN BETTER...BUT GET SENT TO THE KACCA ROOM."
The "Kacca Room" means a ticket office at a train station.
