Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale went on a final trip before they publicly announced that they are calling it quits.

An insider, who reportedly works with the No Doubt frontwoman revealed to Radar Online, before they end their marriage the couple went to Montana for a "business trip."

The source said, "[Gwen] needed to go to Montana for some very important business. We [did] not know that the business she was referring to was that she was going there to end her marriage to Gavin."

Although rumors has been circulating that Gavin cheated on Gwen, the pair just stated in their divorce paper the reason for the split is due to "irreconcilable differences." But the insider revealed that the couple just "fell out of love" the spark was gone that became a "business relation."

The source explains, "Gwen has not said anything about Gavin cheating on her, but she did say during rehearsals that they simply fell out of love with each other and that the marriage became more of a business relationship than anything else."

"She also said that they have been going through some difficult times for years now, but that they stuck it out for the sake of their kids," the source added.

The couple married in 2002, but recently announced that they are planning to divorce.

In a statement released on Monday, the couple wrote, "While the two of us have come to the mutual decision that we will no longer be partners in marriage, we remain partners in parenthood and are committed to jointly raising our three sons in a happy and healthy environment."
