The duo has created a free program called "Cook and Chisel" which "combines a delicious and healthy meal plan with cutting-edge and highly-effective workouts" spanning four weeks long.

Kevin Curry is the creator of the website "Fit Men Cook," that features various healthy recipes that are easy to make without sacrificing flavor and taste.

On the other hand, B.J. Gaddour, C.S.C.S., is Men's Health magazine's Fitness Director. Not only that, but he's also created a series of DVD programs like "Bodyweight Cardio Burners" that boast of fast yet intense 20-minute workouts sans the equipment.

The simple yet surprisingly easy "Cook and Chisel" program basically gives users a 7-day schedule complete of meals and workouts, which will then be repeated for three more weeks.

The program features a simple "10-recipe meal plan" that keeps consumers' nutrition on the right track each day of the week.

Daily recipes vary between high-carb and low-carb oriented meals, which are then matched with a certain workout (Strength training or high-intensity cardio) that is also set by the program per day.

It actually involves a lot of science - the type of meals is specifically paired with a pre-determined workout plan for each day of the week. This way, muscles are defined and fat is lost - without sacrificing the amount of nutrients that the body needs.

As for the workouts, the routines vary from 30 to 40-minute strength training workouts, to a 20 to 30-minute high-intensity routines.

The program is set on a basis that high-carb days are paired with workouts intended for muscle building. Meanwhile, low-carb days are paired with workouts oriented for fat burning.

The program is a daily guide, so the only way to fail at it is if the program isn't followed perpetually. It gets even better: users are able to cook or even workout alongside Curry and Gaddour with the help of some videos.
