After breaking up with Scott Disick and allegedly bringing a battle to the court for the custody of the kids, Kourtney Kardashian now wants her former boyfriend to stop making money using her name.
The 36 year old reality star is taking the split seriously, she reportedly wants Disick to stop using her name, including her entire family name for any endorsement and even wants everything to be documented for legal purposes, MSN claims.
An insider said, "Kourtney is determined he won't continue to make money off the back of her family's name."
The source added, "She's told her mum Kris that she wants Scott off the reality series and wants to get a legal contract to stop him using the Kardashian name to endorse any products."
The Keeping Up With The Kardashian star is "devastated" after being together for almost 10 years with Scott and now she wants to let him go.
The source revealed to the Closer Magazine, "She's devastated as there's a part of her that still loves Scott but she needs to let him go now."
"She knows she'll have to be in regular touch with him because of the kids, but aside from being civil, she wants nothing to do with him."
It was just recently reported that Kris Jenner asked her daughter not to completely cut her contacts with Scott.
For the momager believes that Scott can bring huge rating to their reality show with the "added dynamic" he can bring to KUWTK. As revealed by a source, "She thinks it wouldn't make business sense for them to lose Scott on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, because of the added dynamic he brings to the show."
After the split, Disick reportedly could get paid up to $4 million from the upcoming series of the KUWTK.
