It's been nearly two years since Paul Walker's death in a car accident , now the Fast and Furious actor's estate filed a lawsuit against Richard Taylor for allegedly taking possession of a number of vehicles owned by Paul Walker. Richard Taylor did the alleged stealing within 24 hours of Walker's death.
The accused prevented the vehicles' location from being known, so that he can change them to his advantage. The actor's estate filed the lawsuit on Thursday at the Los Angeles Superior Court.
Based on Paul Walker's estate, the court papers, stated that, Richard Taylor with accomplices are accused of stealing Paul Walker's 30 cars from the actor's warehouse.
Reportedly, Walker's extensive collection of cars includes: 1991 BMW M3, five 1995 BMW M3 models, a 1995 Ford Bronco, 1998 Toyota Supra W-sport R, 2000 Audi S4 Quattro, 2002 Ford Econoline E350, 2003 Ford F250 Super Duty, 2004 GMC SRA, 2006 Ford Crown Victoria, 2008 BMW M3, 2008 Porsche 911 GT3, 2009 Nissan 370Z and a 2012 Toyota Tacoma.
The Hollywood actor's family insisted that Richard Taylor has no right over the cars of Paul.
The Hollywood Reporter obtained a statement in the suit that stated: "Richard has intentionally and fraudulently concealed the existence and location of such vehicles from Plaintiff in order to wrongfully convert such vehicles for his own benefit."
Paul's family demanded in the suit that Richard will return the cars and obliged a payment for unspecified damages.
No reports have been out yet if the judge in Los Angeles County will grant the lawsuit. But a trial by jury in this case, is requested by the Walker's estate.
Paul Walker's estate lawsuit, also reads: "To date, Defendant has failed and refused to deliver possession of any of the Vehicles to Plaintiff, preferring instead to maintain possession and control over the Vehicles in order to extort money or other concessions from Plaintiff."
