At 48 years old, the actress that gave life in the screen to Mexican tortured artist Frida Kahlo seems to have discovered the fountain of youth, looking absolutely stunning and very much in tune with her own body as she raises her 7 year-old daughter, and now the actress has revealed Salma Hayek's diet!
According to The Inquisitr, it isn't Salma Hayek's diet but rather her workout regime making headlines these days: it seems like the Mexican-Lebanese star, a naturalized American citizen, isn't one to hit the gym often, or rather at all: the actress and producer says her days are much too busy for her to take a trip to the gym.
Celebrity Health and Fitness reports that Salma Hayek's diet is all about portions, leading a healthy diet: to begin her day, the stunning Latina drinks either coffee or Yerba Mate tea or juice, then eating boiled or poached eggs - or sometimes even just whites.
She also complements Salma Hayek's diet with a lot of quinoa, which she says she loves and has developed an entire cooking style around it, adding sautéed vegetables and curry powder as well as Indian spices which she can easily get in London, just a train ride away from where she and her Kering CEO husband live.
A close friend of Spanish Oscar winner Penelope Cruz, Hayek has been mostly out of the spotlight for the past few years, after giving birth to daughter Valentina and then marrying the father, French billionaire François-Henri Pinault, focusing her career more on nearby Europe - without compromising Salma Hayek's diet.
According to People Magazine, other Hayek beauty secrets now include her own beauty line, Nuance Salma Hayek, where she has taken different compounds from her own culture that she vows work wonders - and her beautiful skin is definitely a testament to this.

Besides speaking against plastic surgery and Botox by saying all she's ever done to her face is applying creams to it, the actress claims to have also added Tepezcohuite, an ingredient from her native Mexico used to rejuvenate the skins of burn victims, to her own beauty secrets to heal her own complexion.
It's clear that, whatever else she's doing, Salma Hayek's diet is definitely working, as she seems to be aging backwards!
