Turtle Beach New Gaming Headsets Released

Gearing up for the Electronic Entertainment Expo 2015, the high-end gaming headset manufacturer Turtle Beach is anticipated to come out top with some of the most advanced gaming audio technology.

Turtle Beach amazed gamers with the first effective wireless headset for Xbox One last year. Getting a clear, wireless connection for the game and audio was no easy task for the CEO Juergen Stark.

"It took six months of software and electronics development in order to have something that would work on the Xbox One." Juergen described.

This year, Turtle Beach introduces the Ear Force Stealth 420X, which offers the same technology as the 500X, but at a cheaper price at $180. The device will be on sale beginning July 18.

The Stealth 420X features an adjustable mic boom with mic monitoring and separate volume controls for game and chat audio. This model, together with Stealth 500X and the Elite 800X, comprises the three fully-wireless headsets available for Xbox One.

According to Juergen, the Elite 800X, Turtle Beach's most pre-ordered wireless gaming headset, has more capability than any other gaming headset ever produced.

The headset has improved features like the 'invisible mic', which uses two microphones hidden in the headset to avoid having anything from the user's mouth to stick on it.

It also features the headset manufacturer's 'Superhuman Hearing' which allows you to amplify only soft sounds like footsteps or shell casing hitting the floor giving players a gameplay advantage.

Another product of company to be on sale this year for $80 is a midlevel headset Ear Force PX24. It is inspired by the headset PX22 which is originally designed for for PS3 and Xbox 360. The PX22 is one of the chart-topping gaming headsets of all time.

PX24 has an in-line amplifier Ear Force SuperAmp which is a battery-powered Amp that increases the signal coming from non-powered headphone jacks to enable quality features like virtual surround sound, Superhuman Hearing, and variable bass boosts.

Together with the new feature of Xbox controllers having 3.5mm headphone jacks, the PX24 will become a universal gaming headset used on consoles, PCs, and other mobile devices with the same analog input.
