[VIRAL] Mad Max: Fury Road Ponies: My Little Pony Turned Into Road Warriors Are Worthy of Valhalla [PHOTOS]

It was been three weeks since the release of 'Mad Max: Fury Road,' but netizens cannot get enough of the movie just yet. The internet has been peppered with posts about the film, from a Tumblr dedicated to 'Feminist Mad Max' memes to an entire set of LEGO war vehicles. There has also been an influx of searches for Tom Hardy's Myspace pictures, which were last posted in 2012 before the movie premiere.

A new Mad Max-inspired project is gaining popularity in social media. DeviantArt user Eat Toast has just created the 'Mad Max: Fury Road Ponies,' which combines My Little Pony with the movie's road warriors. The result is both adorable and slightly creepy, especially with the Immortan Joe pony.

Eat Toast, whose real name is Kelsie Wailes, claims to have created the ponies "because I am a monster." Her collection includes My Immortan Joe and My Little Nux, which were both made with polymer clay, acrylics and a My Little Pony toy.

The My Little Furiousa doll was made with the same materials and the addition of epoxy. Wailes made use of leather for the My Little Mad Max doll, whose lock also jangles around when his head moves around.

Wailes' works can also be found in her Tumblr page. The ponies will be available for a limited time at AwesomeCon in Washington DC during the weekend. The artist can be found in Exhibitor Booth 1009.

'Mad Max: Fury Road' was directed by George Miller and also starred Charlize Theron, Nicholas Hoult, Hugh Keays-Byrne, Rosie Huntington-Whitely, Zoe Kravitz and Riley Keough. The film grossed more than $45 million during the opening weekend and has made more than $283 million worldwide.

Miller plans to make more 'Mad Max' films and will also publish prequel comic books featuring Immortan Joe and Nux.
