On Tuesday, May 26, Forbes released its list of World's Most Powerful Women for 2015. It has been Forbes' tradition to rank women from all realms of life since 2005. This year, many Hollywood celebrities made it to the list due their spheres of influence and achievements in their craft. Few celebs worth-mentioning are: Taylor Swift,Ellen Degeneres, Oprah and Beyonce.
#64 Taylor Swift
Musician-philanthropist Taylor Swift made the cut-off at 64. The 25-year old "Style" singer is the youngest on the list of powerful women this year. Forbes says it was not difficult to include Swift on the list as "she's one of the most significant cultural influencers of our time." The singer recently made headlines after she donated her "Welcome to New York" proceeds to the New York Public Schools system.
#12 Oprah Winfrey
From being No. 14 in 2014, Oprah rises to 12 this year. Over the years, the long-reigning talk show host donates hundreds of millions of dollars to assist girls in South Africa and students at historically black universities achieve better education. Despite disbelievers, Oprah continually succeeds in maintaining the good ratings of her cable network OWN.
#50 Ellen DeGeneres
Ellen DeGeneres is everyone's favorite. Her daytime show is stronger than ever in its 12th season. The savvy host continues to motivate viewers and fans "to be kind to one another". But her influence does not remain on TV. This summer, DeGeneres is branching out to the world of fashion with her first women's clothing line, ED by Ellen.

At No. 21, Beyonce proves she "Run(s) The World". She made it to the top spot on last year's Celeb 100 list. Not only that, Beyonce was named the highest ranked entertainer on this year's Power Women list. Recently, Queen B earned millions in the past 12 months doing concert tours.
