Kate Hudson and her agent Michael Kives were spotted cozying up together following Nick Jonas romance rumors.

On Monday, the 36 year old actress and Michael Kives were seen attending the premiere of her new movie, 'Rock the Kabash.' After the movie premiere the two was photographed holding hands while leaving the area and heading to the car.

According to PEOPLE, Hudson was all smiles while walking hand and hand with her agent. Once inside the car, "they were seen getting even cozier as the two cuddled up next to each other, leaning their faces close together in a flirty exchange."

This isn't the first time the two were seen looking sweet together. Back in August, they were also spotted holding hands at West Hollywood lounge and they were also seen looking like an item in various occasions.

Kate was also rumored to be dating Nick Jonas, after they were seen enjoying a day at Disney World in September. The rumored item haven't admitted to their relationship yet but they were spotted together several times, the most recent of which was last week.

The pair went clubbing at Up&Down in NYC's Meatpacking District. Now, their fans are in a frenzy trying to figure out if they are really seeing each other. But both are keeping their lips tight. In a radio interview, Jonas said, "I'm not going to get mad at you, but I'm also not going to talk about it. I keep some things to myself."

Even Nick's siblings keep everything a secret, when asked about the dating rumors surrounding the rumored couple, Nick's older brother, Joe Jonas made sure not to spill any details. "I have no idea, I don't know. Um, but. I guess you'll have to ask Nick," he told Us Magazine while at the Disaronno Wears Cavalli Launch Party. "I wouldn't even know to be honest. I don't know."
