Jennifer Lopez is headed to Denver for 'American Idol' auditions and she looked sexier than ever in a tight, white, little mini dress, following her recent 10 pound weight loss on a vegan diet.
At 46, JLo looked so hot in a white long sleeve, mini dress which she paired with pointy toed metallic shoes, thanks to her vegan diet and rigorous workouts that combined weightlifting and cardio exercise, Celebrity Health & Fitness reported.
Last month, she also rocked the stage at the 2015 iHeartRadio Music Festival with a smoking hot white bodysuit.
"People keep asking me what the show is going to be like and what I'm going to do," Jennifer told the audience while announcing her upcoming Vegas residency. "No matter what the show is, every single night I will be giving you all I have."
The singer wants to serve as an inspiration to many people, she wants to prove to the world that all it takes is hard work and dedication to achieve anything. "I want to prove to everyone that I can do everything and be a superwoman," JLo said.
The mother of two lost 10 pounds in five weeks by just sticking to vegan diet. "It was a real change," JLo said to Extra. "I felt better."
Her diet also motivated her to eat more vegetables, "The truth is, even if you're 70-80% vegan, it's so much better having those vegetables, greens, and plant-based stuff," said JLo according to Examiner. "It's going to change your life and health."
JLo's anti-aging weight loss and beauty regimen are a mostly vegan diet and intense 90-minute workouts with a professional fitness trainer, Tracy Anderson, who also trains other celebrities, including Gwyneth Paltrow.
"Jennifer does the Tracy Anderson Method, which includes muscular structure work and between nine and 13 different exercises that change every 10 days," Anderson said.
