Here are some of the top challenges she completed:

  • Wing-eating competition (108 wings) - $500

  • Consuming 28 hot dogs in 10 minutes $1,000

  • St. Louis team pizza challenge: finish a 10-pound pizza - $500.

  • California's Mymen Ramen costs - $100 (it takes 20 minutes to consume, but Huang managed to eat it in 14 minutes)

Last month, Huang visited many Asian restaurants in Denver, including Chi Lin in Aurora's Stanley Marketplace and Now Pho on South Federal Boulevard. Local business owners and supporters welcomed her despite the cold temperatures.

During her three-day stay in Colorado, she finished a food challenge. On Nov. 10, Huang made the trip to Salida early in the morning and ate a breakfast burrito from Mojo's Eatery that weighed seven pounds. At Now Pho, for dinner, viewers witnessed her eating 7 pounds of spicy beef noodle stew in less than 30 minutes.

This California-based social media influencer now has over 415k followers on Instagram, more than 775k subscribers on YouTube, and a TikTok audience exceeding 3.7 million, where she documents videos of herself eating large quantities of food.

In a recent interview, Huang revealed that she has been eating quickly and a lot of food her entire life, and engaging in food-eating challenges now comes effortlessly to her. She reportedly attributes her fast-eating skills to her childhood love for playing video games, where she needed to eat quickly to return to gaming.

Although it has become her full-time job for 10 years, Huang expresses joy that restaurants encourage her to participate in their food challenges.
