Playing Disney Infinity 3.0 will be a completely new experience once the brand new play set is released!
Although the sandbox video game has previously featured characters from 'The Clone Wars' as well as the original 'Star Wars' trilogy, the next play set will focus on the new heroes of 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens.'
The exciting trailer for the highly anticipated 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' play set has just been released, and it shows plenty of exciting gameplay.
The description of the new play set reads as follows:
"In the 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' Play Set, players will travel to a galaxy far, far away alongside new heroes and old friends in search for a much-needed ally. Playable characters include Finn, a soldier on a path to adventure and danger, and Rey, a true survivor who is resourceful and capable. Both will join Poe Dameron, the trusted pilot of the Resistance who uses his expert flying skills to travel the galaxy, and Kylo Ren, an enforcer for the First Order who terrorizes the galaxy with devious acts."
The trailer also offers a glimpse at BB-8, Han Solo and Chewbacca as well as new dialogue from Maz Kanata. "We need help, and hope," the Pirate Queen says, "Now more than ever." Poe Dameron is shown running as TIE Fighters shoot overhead and another scene features an unmasked Finn shooting at his fellow Stormtroopers (naturally, he misses). Rey also attacks a Stormtrooper with her staff and there is a shot of the Millennium Falcon dodging shots in Jakku.
The 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' play set comes with Rey and Finn while the Poe Dameron and Kylo Ren are each sold separately. The set is rated "Everyone 10+" and will be available on the same day as the release of 'The Force Awakens': December 18, 2015.
