Daniel Quaid reminisces the time when he was working with Lindsay Lohan in the movie "The Parent Trap." The film was a 1998 remake and Lindsay Lohan was 11 years old then when the movie was filmed.
The 61-year old actor said that from the time he met Lindsay Lohan, he right then and there knew that the young actress was a natural. Acting or being on the screen was her thing. He added, "She just came out of herself and what a talented, talented kid. I myself forgot that she was just one person. Watching the movie, I think it's two people!"
According to The Huffington Post, the "Art of More" actor confided that the cast he worked with in the film were "fantastic, lovely people to work with." Because of the movie "The Parent Trap", Quaid turned to be the king of carpool. The actor's son was 6-year old by the time the movie was shot.
"The Parent Trap" was a big hit and this was a film that put Lindsay Lohan on the Hollywood map. It was a cute family movie suitable to be watched by audiences of all ages. Dennis Quaid and Natasha Richardson starred in the film as divorced couple with twins. The identical twins were played by Lindsay Lohan. They were separated not knowing each other existed. But they were accidentally united at a camp. They devised a plan to swap places to be with the other parent they haven't known. And also craft a plan to bring their family back together again.
Quaid's recent project is being part of the American television series "The Art of More." He plays as wealthy client Samuel Bruckner. The series which was set to air on November 19, 2015 is a drama/thriller in the setting of New York's auction houses.
The now 29-year old Lindsay Lohan on the other hand is busying herself shooting her first film after no appearances in years. Lohan's upcoming movie is entitled "The Shadow Within." She posted a photo of herself on her Instagram account saying it was her first day on her new film.
