"The Night Before" is not just any Christmas movie. It's an interesting film that tackles about a man's effort to hold on to Christmas tradition while dealing with drugs and family in between. The film will be starred by three famous actors - Seth Rogen, Anthony Mackie, and Joseph Gordon-Levitt. The individual characters have their own mission, but decide to conquer one common goal. Their life-long mission is to attend a distinguished secret party.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, during the premiere night of the film, Joseph Gordon-Levitt shared that the film is outrageous and at the same time entertaining.
In the movie, Seth Rogen plays a lawyer in the name of Isaac Greenberg while Joseph Gordon-Levitt plays a struggling musician named Ethan Miller. Anthony Mackie on the other hand plays Chris Roberts a pro-football player.
"The Night Before" is directed by Jonathan Levine. Aside from the three major casts, the film is also starred by Tracy Morgan, Lizzy Caplan, Mindy Kaling, Jillian Bell, Lorraine Toussaint, Michael Shannon, and Miley Cyrus. But Cyrus only played a cameo part in which she sang her famous "Wrecking Ball" song. The Disney child star admires Rogen and most of the casts.
The New Yorker said that the movie depicts the status quo of middle-class life in reality. So this means a lit of recreational drugs like marijuana, mushrooms and cocaine ar present in the movie.
Seth Rogen played one of the main characters in the amusing movie "The Interview" with James Franco. The film's anniversary is upcoming. Rogen said that he will be spending it with James Franco while filming the movie "The Disaster Artist". The comedienne said that they will probably be celebrating the movie's anniversary by watching it again.
