Scott Disick is reportedly house hunting with a famous realtor.
On Wednesday, Kourtney Kardashian's ex was spotted house hunting with Million Dollar Listing star/Hollywood realtor Josh Altman, who previously worked with Kim Kardashian and Kanye West on the sale of their mansion, as per x17 Online.
Although it wasn't clear if the house is for him or for flipping, considering the fact that he regularly flips real estate.
After he was spotted with the real estate agent, 32 year old Disick shared a photo of lavish home interiors in Instagram, which he captioned, "Not bad living" showing the dining area of the house. Then another follow up message, "Early morning motivation."
Since Scott split from Kourtney in July, he has then moved into a $3.5 million house in Beverly Hills, which he originally purchased as an investment.
Meanwhile, the reformed drinker is said to be in a great state of mind and still continuing an outpatient treatment after checking out from a rehab clinic called Cliffside Malibu.
"Something has clicked in his head. He's in a very healthy place, and he's being a lot more authentic than before," a source revealed to PEOPLE. According to the source, the father of three used to talk to everyone with "rehab speak, where he was just repeating phrases that you know he heard in counseling somewhere." But now he is said to be doing better than ever, as he speaks more clearly and is said to be taking "responsibility by trying to spend time with his kids."
In fact, on Tuesday, Disick even shared a photo on Instagram of himself hanging out with his oldest son, five year old Mason. In the image, both boys were sitting in a private plane. Mason, was in all black and had his sweatshirt hood covering his head. "Boys trip #killingit," Scott wrote, along with the photo.
