The 46 year old daughter of actor John Aniston and actress Nancy Dow will star in the movie with the 72-year-old Robert De Niro, whose first major film roles were in the sports drama Bang the Drum Slowly and director Martin Scorsese's crime film Mean Streets. De Niro will play an aging insult comic, à la Don Rickles, who develops a close relationship with the character of Jennifer Aniston after meeting her at a wedding.
