Jessica Biel's Weight Loss Secrets: Actress Flaunts Her Incredible Post- Baby Weight Loss at the CMA

Jessica Biel flaunted her incredible post- baby weight loss at the 2015 Country Music Association Awards. The actress showed off her svelte physique along with her husband, Justin Timberlake.

The 33 year old actress looked fit in a silver, sheer Marchesa gown with jeweled embellishments. With her perfectly toned make-up and hair styled up, Biel totally looked stunning.

It was just in April this year when Biel gave birth to her son, named Silas. But though it has just been seven months since the couple welcomed their first child, the actress already looked sexy, thanks to her diet regime.

Jessica credited a Paleo- based meal for her rapid weight loss, according to Celebrity Health & Fitness. She embraces an organic Paleo-style diet that limits processed foods. "Fermented veggies and probiotics are also great for my skin and digestion," she said. "You can also buy shredded fermented vegetables at a health food store and sprinkle them over a salad or even eggs in the morning."

She also believed that breastfeeding and her intense workouts were also behind her speedy weight loss. Biel follows CrossFit workouts, yoga, sprints and weightlifting. For her cardio, she jogs for a half-mile and usually sprint intervals of 100-meter, 200-meter and 400-meter. And to keep her muscles lean, she lifts weights.

"I've always been physical," the new mom explained. "I have no concept of what life is like without physical activity."

Though she's conscious when it comes to her food intake, Biel insisted that she doesn't deprive herself and she only practices portion control, "Eat things you like, but in smaller portions," she said.

Just recently, Jessica became an inspiration to numerous women after she hosted the Q&A for the WomanCare Global "Then Who Will?" campaign to encourage and educate women about their bodies. When asked what she could possibly advice to a child as a mother.

"All we have left really, truly in this world that we can control is our own integrity. I don't mean that like sexual integrity, I mean that as a human being," said Biel, according to PEOPLE. "You choose how you live your life, what you deserve. Be good to yourself."
