Reportedly, brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher, who headed the English rock band Oasis at the top of the charts in the '90s, with such band's albums as "What's the Story, Morning Glory" and "Be Here Now", finally have something they can agree on, and that is, for both of them to participate in a documentary about Oasis.
The Oasis documentary film is being produced by Asif Kapadia and James Gay-Rees, who were behind the 2015 British documentary film "Amy''.
During the height of their success , Oasis, the band behind the hit song, 'Don't Look Back in Anger', was one of the most invigorating and stormiest groups in rock 'n' roll. Noel Gallagher, the lead guitarist and co-lead vocalist of the band, whose five years older than the original founder and lead singer, his brother, Liam Gallagher, wrote most of Oasis' songs, including "Live Forever," "Don't Look Back in Anger" and the band's biggest U.S. hit "Wonderwall" which Liam sang.
Liam Gallagher and Noel Gallagher lived up to the rock 'n' roll lifestyle of drinking, drugs and endless parties. Liam and Noel's very stormy relationship made those of other rock siblings, such as Ray and Dave Davies of the English rock band the Kinks or Don and Phil Everly (Rock and Roll Hall of Fame The Everly Brothers), seem without doubt, calm in comparison. Sometimes Liam Gallagher and Noel Gallagher argued about the most petty and trivial matters, they would argue and act out, even when they were in the public's eye .
In 2009, Noel Gallagher finally had enough of it and he stated on the band's website, "It's with some sorrow and great relief to tell you that I quit Oasis band tonight. People will write and say what they like but I simply could not go on working with Liam Gallagher a day longer."
In recent years, Liam Gallagher and Noel Gallagher have thrown insults at one another through the press while leading separate bands - Liam's now-defunct Beady Eye and the solo moniker's Noel Gallagher's - High Flying Birds.
