As Lamar Odom continues to recover from his hospitalization, Khloe Kardashian's talk show will be pushed back by a little over a month.
Odom, hospitalized on October 13 has shown signs of recovery. He has already moved out of the Intensive Care Unit as told by People. Khloe Kardashian continues to visit Odom which may be the reason why her premiere talk show will be delayed.
She chooses to remain by Odom's side while he gets better. She gave up her social and media life to make sure that he has eveything he needs. Being out of the ICU means he is out of danger. However, her visits have not been as frequent since Odom has moved out from the ICU to an inpatient rehabilitation unit. Her non daily visits mean she's probably taking a break from the emotionally intensive drain she experienced while watching over him at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
The talk show aptly titled "Kocktails with Khloe" was set to debut under FYI Network on December 9. Recent personal but very public events concerning Odom has pushed the date further to January 20, 2016.
Her premier talk show is set in Los Angeles and will showcase an intimate home environment. Audiences will see a functional kitchen, living area and dining space. Each episode will have a guest celebrity including her friends and family. An intimate gathering which will involve, cooking, conversations, dining and games are going to be featured on set. The LA setted studio will not have a live audience.
To add to her list, her promotion of her new book tour "Strong Looks Better Naked". The release of her upcoming book was scheduled on November 3 and is written prior to Odom's hospitalization. The book is about her marriage with Lamar Odom and his drug abuse, EW reports.
