A new set of amazing 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' posters have just been unleashed, and they are offering more hints on Rey and Leia Organa Solo!
The new individual character posters featured Han Solo, Finn, Rey, Leia and Kylo Ren, all with a unique way to hide their right eye. The symbolic obscuration could actually be a clue to what could happen to one (or all) of the characters who have their own poster, which means that someone could get badly injured (most probably Solo.)
However, that's not the only clue that was provided by the new 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' posters. Rey's poster also offers a closer look at her staff, which is beginning to resemble a weapon favored by the Jedi.
At closer inspection, the handle of Rey's staff looks a lot like the hilt of a lightsaber. Considering that Daisy Ridley's character is a scavenger, she may have found a lost lightsaber and used it to construct a staff of her own.
Or she may be well aware that it is a lightsaber (Luke Skywalker's green lightsaber, to be exact) and is disguising it as a staff.
Leia Organa's poster doesn't just provide the best look at Han Solo's beloved so far. It also suggests that the Princess is looking out through a data screen that may hold some key information about the Resistance. Will Carrie Fisher's iconic character be a major part of the Resistance? Or will she possibly be leading the Resistance against the First Order?
And it's no surprise that Luke Skywalker doesn't have his own poster. After all, Mark Hamill's Jedi Master has been left out of the previous posters and trailers for a reason that J.J. Abrams continues to decline from sharing. Just note that there is still no possibility that Kylo Ren could be Luke Skywalker, because the Jedi can build better lightsabers than the one the villain wields.
