Based on the law suit, Kris stole the idea and was completely shown to her representative. It wasn't just a small idea that was stolen from the Kung Fu Factory but it was the whole game layout and proposition. It was said that the full and very specific version of the game was shown to them.
The game wasn't fully copied by Kris, it was instead revised but there is still lot of resemblance to the game that was proposed to her representative. After the proposal, the Kung Fu factory wasn't able to hear anything from Kris Jenner for A long time until such time that there were reports that their game idea was copied and released.
The Kim Kardashian game has earned over $200 Million for the first year of release and it was reported last week that the game was earning $700,00 everyday. Kim Kardashian Admitted that she was supposed to do the project with Glu Mobile by Kanye West her rapper husband and Kim thanks him every single day. Developer of the Kung Fu Factory are going after the damages of stealing they have caused including the huge profits they've lost.
The Game is a virtual game wherein the players will be able to do photo shoots and communicate with Kim Kardashian and her sisters. They can also wear virtual designer threads and switch up their hair everyday and do their make up just like the Kardashians. The Game is so much like living the Kardashian life.
