Adele Reveals Her Weight Loss Secrets and Why She Quit Smoking!

Adele is totally back! Not just with awesome music but she also caught people's attention with her incredible transformation. 

In a new interview, the 'Hello' hit maker revealed her fitness routine with Rolling Stone which also touches her new music. "I'm not, like, skipping to the f------ gym. I don't enjoy it," the 27 year old singer said to the publication.

Adele said she started hitting the gym as she wants to get into shape for herself alone but insisted "not to be a size zero or anything like that." While trying to lose weight for her potential tour she said she lowered her sugar consumption but refused to cut down carbohydrates, "I'd never deprive myself like that!" she quipped. She also revealed she does weight lifting at the same time.

Throughout her health journey, Adele revealed that she also gave up smoking as she realized that she didn't want her 3 year old son, Angelo James', health  to be affected by smoke. "I absolutely loved it, but it's not that f------ cool when I'm dying from a smoking-related illness and my kid is, like, devastated," she said.

And when it comes to her drinking habit, Adele said she already limited herself from drinking alcoholic beverages. "I used to be able to drink anyone under the table and still be able to put on an all-right show," Adele explained. "But with kids, hangovers are torture. They just know. They pick up on it and just go for you."

While discussing about her physique and her health, Adele was reminded by some of the annoying questions which she often heard. She recalled she was asked if she would consider posing for the Playboy magazine, but she considers it a "ridiculous" question as she thought they asked her such question because "I'm a woman or because I'm fat?"
